The QR code ID is printed on every label. If you know the ID, you can look up the folder from your dashboard. Your documents are always safe in the cloud regardless of the sticker's condition. Replacement sticker rolls can be ordered anytime.

Yes. Anyone can email files directly to a QR code's unique email address without needing an account. The folder owner can also upload from their dashboard. Contractors, inspectors, and homeowners can all contribute documents.
